Poster Instructions
for the
Western Orthopaedic Association’s 74th Annual Meeting,
August 4-7, 2010 in Monterey, California
Posters are displayed Thursday, Friday and Saturday, August 5-7 and are available for viewing from approximately 6:00 am – 1:30 pm, daily. Please Note: Poster presenters will need to be available to answer questions on Thursday from 6:00-7:00 am and 12:15-1:15 pm; on Friday from 6:30-7:30 am, 12:00-1:00 pm and at the Exhibitor/Poster Reception on Friday evening, 5:30-7:30 pm; and on Saturday from 6:00-7:00 am and 12:30-1:30 pm.
Poster Preparation Instructions:
1) The poster board itself is 8’x 4’ landscape. Please do not make your poster any larger than 6’x 4’ landscape.
2) Push pins will be needed to attach the poster to the poster board.
3) Poster set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, August 4, 12:00-5:00pm. Please have your poster set-up no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, August 4th.
4) Poster tear-down is scheduled for Saturday, August 7 at 1:30pm. Posters that are not removed by then will be discarded.
